Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close

Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close started with the young Osker Schell and his mother in a limo going to his dad's funeral who died in the twin towers. Osker is extremally devistatd by the death of his father. A little while after his fathers death he always wanted to be by his fathers old belonging because they comforted his. He was looking at a vase was he acidently droped it and it shattered. In the middle of the mess he found a key that looked like it opened some sort of locker. Osker and his father always used to play games where his dad would give his mysteries to find out. Oskar thought this was his dad who wanted him to go on a big goose chase to find what the key oppended. So the whole book he goes searching for the key. He goes through a lot to find the box and he and his mother get closer and closer throughout the book even though at one peoint Oskar said he would have her died rathar than his dad.
